After I got off work Friday, I came home and walked into my room only to find this little one waiting for me. He then walked up to me and said “Ong, I have something for you!” So he rushes out of my room and about 20 seconds later, returns with both his hands behind his back. He told me, “Close your eyes and put out your hands…you can’t peek, okay?” So I did what the little man told me to do. Seconds later, I felt a bag on my hands and he then told me to open my eyes. So I did.

What I saw laying on my hands…made my heart drop. He had personally made two small Nutella sandwiches for me! It wasn’t the full sandwich (with two slices of bread smacked together), it was the ones where you take one piece of bread and fold it in half. Haha!

After seeing his little gift to me, he said, “Do you like it? I made it for you and brought it from home for you. I knew you would be hungry after work so I made it for you so you won’t be hungry. Happy Valentine’s day!” And he said all this with his adorable smile on. (Kids and their run-on sentences, right?) xD

I couldn’t help but to tear up a bit because I was very much hungry after work last Friday. Lol!

After a packed schedule at church today, All I could think about was the small, but great, gift my little nephew gave me.

Those two sandwiches were the most delicious and sweet sandwiches I think I will EVER consume. :D

Thank you, Lord, for giving me this child to be a part of my life…He’s such a blessing!

Aside from all the electricity poles, this is breathtaking. I’ve been working late recently and by the time I get off, its night. Today, I got off work just in time to see the sun set while driving and had to park to catch this beauty as I rarely get the chance to get a glimpse of it. I appreciate this so much. :) #God’sCreation

Had an amazing #nye at our Youth/SA lock-in. So grateful as the Lord has blessed me with such a wonderful start to the new year. From Grandslam onto a night of Praise and Worship, those 12 hours together has made me realize what a beautiful community He has put in my life from the beginning. ♡
